The Admission package has 13 services for the stage before travel, including an initial consultation and academic assessment, choosing the field of study and the university, a document review, submitting the admission application and following it up until the result is issued, and student visa guidance. The Arrival package includes everything in the Admission package and adds the arrival services, such as pickup from Senai airport or a set arrival point in Johor Bahru, a SIM card, being accompanied through the medical check, support with university registration, and follow-up for the first 30 days after arrival. The Care package includes everything in the first two and adds a personal advisor, reviews after 30, 60 and 90 days, and 12 months of administrative support. Arrival services cover Johor. A student on this package makes their own arrival arrangements. The pickup included in the Arrival and Care packages applies to Senai airport or to a set arrival point in the city of Johor Bahru. The Admission package has no pickup, so a student on that package makes their own arrival arrangements. Arriving through another airport is outside the included pickup.

The pickup included in the packages does not cover Kuala Lumpur International Airport. The transfer from that airport to Johor is a separate optional service, outside the three packages, and is requested when needed. The details and price of this service are given on WhatsApp, and it helps to mention the arrival airport in the first message.

A package covers the services Sanad provides, as listed in that package's details. Outside it remain university tuition fees, student visa and EMGS fees, insurance, the personal bond, the housing deposit, and any government or third-party fees, unless the package details clearly state otherwise. The transfer from Kuala Lumpur International Airport to Johor is also outside the packages, and the 3-night hotel stay is included in the Care package alone. For housing and a temporary hotel booking, Sanad helps with the search and the arrangements. It does not provide the housing itself.

The university decides. Admission and the decisions related to it are subject to the requirements and policies of each university and of the official bodies. Sanad's role is an initial assessment of the academic situation, a document review before submission, submitting the application, and following it up until the result is issued. Sanad is not a university or a government body, and it does not promise an admission result.

Each university sets its own closing date, and it can differ from one programme to another. Semester 2 at Malaysian public universities starts in February or March, depending on the university. Yes, and this help is part of the Admission package, so it is included in all three packages. It consists of guidance on student visa documents and EMGS procedures, procedural follow-up of the visa status, and pre-travel guidance on entering Malaysia. The visa decision stays with the official bodies, and visa fees and insurance are outside the package. After arrival, the Arrival package adds someone to accompany the student through the medical check procedures.

There are two ways to start: a WhatsApp message, or the form on the site. The first is a WhatsApp message that states the field of study and the degree you want, Master's or PhD, and the university if one is already chosen. The second is the form on the site. It asks for your name, email address, the degree you want, the field of study, your approximate GPA if you want to give it, and when you want to start. "Send the form" emails your answers to Sanad, and a confirmation goes to your email. "Send on WhatsApp" opens WhatsApp with your message ready to send. We send the details and price of each package, and once a package is chosen the service begins with an initial consultation and an initial assessment of the academic situation.
