SANAD Educational Technologies Research & Development, licensed in Dubai, licence no. 1627960. We are responsible for the personal data that reaches us through this site and the contact channels below.

• When you message us on WhatsApp: your phone number, the name shown on your account, your messages, and any files you choose to send, such as certificates, transcripts or a passport copy for an application. The WhatsApp buttons on this site open a chat with a pre-written message that you can edit before sending.
• When you email us: your address, your message and any attachments.
• The form on this site asks for your name, the degree and field you want, your approximate GPA if you choose to give it, and when you want to start. The site does not store your answers or send them to us. It puts them into a WhatsApp link and opens it, so WhatsApp (run by Meta) receives them and shows them as a message you can edit before sending. Your answers reach us only if you send that message.
• The site uses the Meta Pixel and the TikTok Pixel to measure visits that come from our ads, clicks on the WhatsApp buttons, and use of the form. When you open a page or click a button or link on it, including the WhatsApp buttons and the form's send button, your browser sends technical data to Meta (which runs Facebook and Instagram) and to TikTok, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the page address, what you clicked and the time. When you use the form, the site tells the pixels only that it was used, not what you wrote in it. These pixels set cookies and similar identifiers in your browser, and Meta and TikTok may link this data to your account with them under their own privacy policies. We do not pass your name, phone number, email, messages or anything you type in the form to the pixels.
• Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP address and browser type to serve and protect the site.

To answer your enquiry, guide you to suitable programmes, prepare, submit and follow up your application if you ask us to, and keep a record of what we agreed. The Meta and TikTok pixels are there to measure how our ads perform. We do not use your messages or files for advertising, and we do not sell your data.

• The partner university you choose to apply to, and Ready Frontier in Malaysia, only when you ask us to go ahead with an application and agree to the sharing.
• Public authorities, where the law requires it.
• WhatsApp is run by Meta under its own terms and privacy policy.
• Meta and TikTok receive the pixel data described above and handle it under their own terms and privacy policies.

You can limit this measurement, and how Meta and TikTok use it for ads, in these ways:

• In your browser settings, delete or block the cookies this site sets.
• In your Meta ad preferences (Accounts Center on Facebook or Instagram), turn off the use of your activity from ad partners.
• In the ad settings of your TikTok account, turn off the use of your activity on other sites and apps.

We keep your messages and files for as long as your enquiry or application and its follow-up last, or longer if the law requires. You can ask us to delete them at any time, and we will unless the law requires us to keep them.

Under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL), you can:

• Know what data we hold about you and get a copy of it.
• Correct data that is inaccurate.
• Ask us to delete your data.
• Ask us to restrict or stop processing it.
• Withdraw your consent at any time. This does not affect anything done before you withdrew it.
