SANAD Educational Technologies Research & Development, licensed in Dubai, licence no. 1627960. We work remotely, by WhatsApp and email. Sanad is not a university or a government body.

We give guidance and application support for postgraduate study in Malaysia. We help you choose an accredited programme, check its accreditation with you on the MQR register, help you prepare your documents, submit your application with your consent and follow it up, and guide you through the EMGS student pass steps.

• Admission is decided by the university alone.
• Scholarships are decided by the university or the funding body.
• Student passes are decided by EMGS and the Malaysian authorities.
• Recognition of your degree in the UAE is decided by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

So we do not guarantee any outcome, and we never promise admission, a scholarship or a student pass.

Any paid service is agreed with you in writing before work starts, and that agreement sets out what it covers. We do not start paid work without it.

Amounts charged by universities or public bodies are set by them and paid as they instruct.

The information and documents you give us must be true and genuine. If a document turns out to be forged or information false, we stop work on the application.

We check programme accreditation on the MQR register, but accreditation status, intake dates and university requirements can change. Check the official register and the university before you decide.

We are not responsible for decisions or delays by universities or public bodies. Our responsibility for any paid service is set by the written agreement between us.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute.
